Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It’s OK if you’ve opened the packaging but your item must be returned in the original packaging. Postage charges for returning the item are borne by you, the customer.
Include the order slip that was shipped with the item as this will help process things quicker.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and let you know via email on the status of your refund.
If the return is approved we’ll initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
Exchanges
If you accidentally order the wrong thing – no problem, contact us to initiate an exchange.
